Our paving is produced to widths of 300mm, 450mm and 600mm in a range of thicknesses, and is normally specified in random lengths. Located in Lancashire, Whitworth has not only paved the streets of the nation's towns and cities, but also has been used at the World famous Turnberry Golf Club – host to the British Open Golf Championship.

A popular sandstone, it is suitable for all building applications and ranges from blue/grey to buff/brown.

Highmoor

Hailing from near Oldham. Highmoor provides architectural block stone of such a high quality that it has been used on Trafalgar Square, Peterborough town centre and the streets of Twickenham.
Extremely attractive and versatile, its sandstone buff, blue and grey colours, allied with gold bands and swirls, add to its character.

Lancashire Gritstone

Lancashire Gritstone

Originating from near Blackburn, our Lancashire Gritstone is ideal for local projects in the North West but is also employed nationally. Its durable, dense nature and medium to coarse grain make it the perfect choice for walling and paving.
Ranging from light buff to cool grey, it is complemented by swirls of golden buff giving it a unique character.

Stancliffe

Stancliffe

Commercially known as Darley Dale, Stancliffe is a pure buff sedimentary stone.
Quarried in the Derbyshire Peak District it is suitable for all applications: from ashlar to walling, cladding to paving, due to its reputation for strength, durability and quality. Other architectural applications have included masonry dressing and decorative carving.
